As part of Operation F4's Mission. We not only believe in nutrition and activity, but the mental health as well. We shot this video at Prana Yoga studios. The idea is that you watch this a few times and try to follow along. Once, you find a few (or all) poses/stretches that work for you, find 5-10 minutes in the morning and make it a habit. I can speak from personal experience how dramatically my posture, energy, mood, etc... has changed for the good since starting and continuing with Yoga. Now it's your turn. 

In this video, the same concept(s) apply. Find 10-15 minutes before you go to bed to "unwind". This will help you in many arenas (from slowing your heart rate, to clearing your mind of stressors). It is CRUCIAL to find times during the day to let go of things that don't do us any good. These videos will no doubt help with that.
