Colorful Eating

“Eat a rainbow.” The sage who penned this meant for you to always fill your plate with a variety of brightly colored foods — think berries, peppers and greens — to enjoy the greatest health benefits. But when you find a recipe that includes several of those colors in one dish — well, you’ve found your pot (or wok!) of gold. With sweet potatoes, red peppers, Napa cabbage and snow peas truly delivers. Sliced chicken and Asian seasoning make it a one-dish wonder worth trying.
