Swap Out Beef for Turkey

Burgers are a summer staple, but beef isn’t the best for health and isn’t the only game in town. Ground turkey is a lean and tasty alternative. Parsley, dill and scallions make a heart-healthy turkey burger really pop. To keep those patties from sticking to the grill, brush the burgers with some olive oil before cooking and make sure that your grill is clean.
