A Smoothie for You

Antioxidant-rich berries are some of nature’s miracle foods. For a quick, delicious breakfast, try this yummy smoothie.

 Yield: 4 smoothies

 Ingredients: 
10 oz fat-free yogurt
9 oz orange juice
½ banana
2 oz berries (fresh or frozen)
1 T flaxseeds

 Preparation:
1. Mix ingredients in a blender until smooth.
