This weeks book is called The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg. Guess what? Your brain doesn't know the difference between a BAD habit, and a GOOD habit. All it understands is the cue, the routine, and the reward. Learn how to re-wire your brain to develop and sustain a plethora of new Habits. Chris is now reading this book through a 2nd time, and is learning all kinds of interesting "brain hacks". He gives the books a 4 out of 5 stars. Check it out. M.O.O. (Movie of October)

This weeks documentary is called Fed Up. Below is the trailer attached. I have heard nothing but jaw-dropping reactions to this film and look forward to seeing it myself.
