By definition, wellness is “an active process through which people become aware of, and make choices toward a more successful existence,” according to Dr. Bill Hettler from the National Wellness Institute. Still another definition says, “Wellness is an intentional choice of a life style characterized by balance, personal responsibility and maximum enhancement of physical, mental and spiritual health.”
Wellness = Balance.
